How to start one
Email say@justanyway.com with your order number. We reply with the return instructions and the correct return address before you send anything.
Change of mind or wrong size
Because each item is made to order, contact us before sending anything. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping. For a valid EU withdrawal, the standard outbound delivery cost is refunded as required by law; any delivery upgrade is not.
Defective, damaged or misprinted items
Contact say@justanyway.com as soon as you notice the problem, with the order number and clear photos. After validation, you can choose a refund or replacement. Do not return the item unless support asks you to.
Lost orders
If tracking stalls or a parcel cannot be located, contact support as soon as possible. We investigate with the carrier and resolve the order in line with your statutory rights.
Return address and refunds
Never send a return without contacting us first. The correct facility depends on the order, so support confirms the address. Refunds go back to the original payment method after the return is received and checked.
