Who processes it
Shopify processes store data, and our fulfillment partner receives the order and delivery data needed to produce and ship made-to-order products. Optional analytics and advertising tools only load according to your cookie choices.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support conversations are kept for as long as needed to resolve them.
